Hummingbird food:
Peanut butter mix:
1. Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 3 cups cornmeal, 1 cup shortening (like Crisco©) & 1 cup flour together in a large bowl or container.
2. Spread on piece of wood, such as a log or a piece of wood with shallow holes drilled in it.

- Mix 1 part sugar with 4 parts water and bring to a boil to kill any bacteria or mold present.
- Cool, then fill feeder.
- Extra sugar water may be stored in a refrigerator.
- Red dye should not be added.
